We continuously fetch listings from 19 Maastricht and Limburg agency sites and platforms, including marktplaats, kamernet alternatives, and several local makelaars.

How fast are alerts?

Most listings reach our database within 60 seconds of going live. Alerts fire immediately if your saved search matches.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You sign up with email and password, get a 7-day trial with full access, and only enter card details if you want to keep going.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page or the Stripe billing portal. No questions asked.

Is this a scam?

No. We do not list properties ourselves and we do not handle deposits. We aggregate links from public agency sites and notify you when matches appear. You contact landlords directly through their original sites.
