HelpMe!Maastricht stores only the data you provide and the data needed to run the service: your email, name (optional), saved searches, alert log, and subscription status.

We use Stripe for payment processing (their privacy policy applies to card data) and Resend for email delivery.

You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time from your account page or by emailing us.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Listings are aggregated from public agency websites; we do not store landlord personal data beyond what is publicly displayed in those listings.
