HelpMe!Maastricht is a rental aggregator. We do not list or rent properties ourselves and do not handle deposits, contracts, or any agreement between you and a landlord.

Subscription billing: €9 per month after a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: under Dutch consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal that you waive by starting to use the paid service. After that, refunds are at our discretion.

We aggregate publicly available listings and make a best effort to flag scams, but cannot guarantee accuracy or safety. Always verify listings yourself before paying any deposit.
